Triangles -Frederik-

                                                                      TRIANGLES

A triangle is a closed figure with three sides

There are various types of triangles such as:

* Equilateral triangle
   it has all three sides that are equal length, and consequently all three interior angles are equal size also.

* Isosceles triangle
   it has two sides that are the same length and the other side a different          length.

* Scalene triangle
   it is one that has no sides that are of equal length.

* Right triangle
   it has exactly one angle that is 90 degree.

* Obtuse triangle
   it is a triangle where one (and only one) angle is an obtuse angle (its greater than 90 degree)

* Acute triangle
   it is a triangle where all of the angles are acute angels.

triangle is one of the basicshapes in geometry: apolygon with three corners orvertices and three sides or edges which are line segments. A triangle with vertices AB, and C is denoted \triangle ABC.
In Euclidean geometry any three points, when non-collinear, determine a unique triangle and a unique plane(i.e. a two-dimensionalEuclidean space).

Triangle ( geometry)introduction triangle (geometry),geometry  figure consisting of three points,called vertices,connected by three sides.in Euclidean plane geometry,the sides are straight line.All triangles have 3 sides and 3 angles which always add up to 180.the Triangle inequality theorem state that:any side of triangle must be:less than the sum of the 2 sides and greater than the difference of the other 2 sides.

1.   A triangle is a closed figure with three sides.

2. There are six types of triangles.
A. Equilateral triangle
it has all three sides that are equal length, and consequently all three interior angles are equal size also.

B. isosceles triangle
it has two sides that are the same length and the other side a diffrent length.

C. Scalene triangle
it is one that has no sides that are of equal length.

D. right triangle
it has exactly one angle that is 90 degree.

E. obtuse triangle
it is a triangle where one (and only one) angle is an obtuse angle (its greater than 90 degree)

F. acute triangle
it is a triangle where all of the angles are acute angels.

Vertex The vertex (plural: vertices) is a corner of the triangle. Every triangle has three vertices.
Base The base of a triangle can be any one of the three sides, usually the one drawn at the bottom. You can pick any side you like to be the base. Commonly used as a reference side for calculating the area of the triangle. In an isosceles triangle, the base is usually taken to be the unequal side.
Altitude The altitude of a triangle is the perpendicular from the base to the opposite vertex. (The base may need to be extended). Since there are three possible bases, there are also three possible altitudes. The three altitudes intersect at a single point, called the orthocenter of the triangle. See Orthocenter of Triangle.
In the figure above, you can see one possible base and its corresponding altitude displayed.
Median The median of a triangle is a line from a vertex to the midpoint of the opposite side. The three medians intersect at a single point, called the centroid of the triangle. See Centrod of a Triangles.
Area See area of triangle and Heron's formula.
Perimeter The distance around the triangle. The sum of its sides. See Perimeter and a Triangles. SO IF YOU WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT TRIANGLES SEARH IT IN GOOGLE! HAVE FUN!!!

Triangle is a three side shape. It can be in any angle as long as it has three sides. For example: the side of a calendar, pyramid, and many more!
You can find triangles basically everywhere. You can even find them in your daily life. Like on your toys, on your shirt pattern, on your bed pattern, and even in your bathroom.!
Two triangles makes one square, and two pyramids makes one cube.
A triangle is called a triangle because it has three sides. The shape with three sides is often called triangle. But if it's not a three sided shape, and instead it has eight, it is called octagon. You see, you can easily tell why triangles are called triangles. Because, TRI kind of represents 3 and a triangle has 3 sides. Have fun learning about triangles, good luck!

Gavrilo Unit 3 Reflection Week 1

Today we are starting the new unit witches Unit 3. In unit 3 we learn about matters. There are 3 types of matter and is Solid,Liquid and Gas. I have lot's of fun in unit 3 because i can learn how it works.

Reflection Unit 3 Week 1 -Frederik-

This week is the start of unit 3 and the end of unit 2, this week is really fun because there are exiting projects. -Frederik-

unit 3 week 1 reflection nena

THIS WEEK, WE LEANT ABOUT STAES AND CHANGES OF MATTERS. WE ALSO MADE A POWERPOINT ABOUT CHANES OF MATTER IN ICT USING HYPERLINK, TRANSITION, AND ALSO ANIMATION. THIS WEEK, WE ALSO HAD MENTAL MATHS AND DREW TE LIBRARY WITH MR LITO. WE HAD SO MUCH FUN THIS WEEK AND I HOPE NEXT WEEK WILL BE A FUN WEEK TOO. I RALLY ENJOYED THIS WEEK AND I LEARNT SO MUCH FROM MY TEACHERS.

THX SO MUCH TEACHERS! XOXO
