This week we did a lot of interesting things. We had the assembly, Asia Exhibiton and we had started a little bit about Unit 3.
On Monday we practiced a lot on our assembly and getting ready for our exhibition. We also had English, a little bit of Math, Inquiry and Mandarin. But mainly the exhibition.
On Tuesday it was the assembly and the exhibition! We first practiced for the assembly so we don't make any mistakes. It was then our assembly. We first had the MC's talk about the assembly and the Asia Exhibition. It was then show time! First we had our Mandarin performance, then English play called 'A Donkey To The Market', Maths Fraction Song and lastly the Inquiry Song. We then snuck out quietly to prepare our booths for the Asia Exhibition. At 10 o'clock, the Year 5 parents were invited to see our Year 5 presentation. It was then the Asia Exhibition. After the Asua Exhibition we started to do some Unit 3 activities. We have to pick a partner for our experiment together. It was either you be the chosen or you chose to pick someone. I chose to pick someone. I chose Aldo.
On Wednesday we marked the Maths homework. We then had violin. We also had English. We did our SRA. We then had Inquiry. In Inquiry we started on making our experiment poster with our partner.
On Thursday we had the Bahasa Indonesia Test. It wasn't really a test we only needed to write the definitions of the words Padat, Cair, Gas, Daur air, Permukaan, Penguapan, Pengembunan, Penyerapan, Siklus, Uap, Sifat and Perubahan. Then we all went to Religion. We then had English. We went to the library. At the library we read the book called Frindle. After a while we went back to the classroom and did activities about the book Frindle. We then did our experiment poster. Then was ICT time. At ICT we were working on our powerpoint about the states of matter.
On Friday we first had Maths, Mental Maths. Our Mental Maths was about Fractions. After Mental Maths we then marked our Maths Homework. And then we did our experiment poster. After that we had English. We did an activity about investigating the library. We then had our religion service. After that we had sorted out our portfolios about Unit 2.
And that's the end of the week in my version.
