I learned where what food does contain fats,sugar,calcium and protein.For fats is fats give us energy to our body but we need to make sure we eat the right amount of fats or not its not good for our body.Calcium is a mineral that make our bone and teeth strengthening.It also help our muscle to work out.Carbohydrate help fuel our body by providing energy.when we want to choose a right food we need to make sure we eat a balanced diet.Protein is to help us to make our muscle and it also repair cells
